Shipping and delivery

Shipment time

  • All shipping items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Tracking number

  • All orders will have tracking number and will be provided through email. Please check all folders in your inbox for tracking number including spam and junk mail.

Shipping Delays

  1. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
  2. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Our Investigation Process

Once a shipment is reported as missing in transit, we will take the following steps:

  1. Carrier Inquiry: We will open an official Missing Mail Search or Help Request with USPS (or the relevant carrier) within 24–48 hours of your report.
  2. Investigation Period: We allow the carrier to conduct their internal search. During this time, we ask for your patience as many "stuck" packages are located and delivered during this window.
  3. Resolution: If the carrier officially confirms the package is lost or package has not moved 3 weeks from date of investigation, we will move forward to discuss the next steps, whether that is a replacement or a refund.
