  • Due to the handmade and/or custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a refund if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized items
• Used items
• Items damaged after delivery.
